Made for people who deliver work

Whether it's a wedding gallery, a final cut or a signed contract, your work reaches clients exactly as you sent it.

  • Photographers

Deliver full-resolution galleries that clients and their families can download as often as they like.

  • Videographers

Share hours of footage and the finished film through one link, at full quality and with no download limit.

  • Designers and agencies

Hand over brand assets and project files on a page that carries your name and colors.

  • Consultants and accountants

Collect documents from clients in a private folder, and send reports only they can open.

Your clients will never hit a download limit

With unlimited downloads, there's no cap for you or anyone you share with. Send a couple their 40 GB wedding gallery, and they and their family can download it as often as they need.

  • No daily limit for you or anyone using your links
  • Files arrive exactly as you uploaded them, never compressed
  • Clients download whole folders in one click

Every link looks like it came from your studio

Put your logo, name and colors on the page clients see when they open your links. Add your website and email so they can find you again, and show your work as a list, a grid or a gallery.

  • Your logo, name and accent color on every link
  • A soft tint, a solid color or your own photo as the background
  • End-to-end encrypted, just like your files

Know when your client has opened it

No more "did you get the files?" emails. See how many times each link was opened and downloaded, when it was last opened, and its views over the last 30 days.

  • Views and downloads for every link
  • See when each link was last opened
  • Totals only, so your clients stay private

Work on the same folders as your team

Shooting a wedding with a second photographer? Share the project folder with them, and you can both upload to the same place. No more passing hard drives back and forth or merging folders afterwards.

  • Your team doesn't need a plan, or even an account
  • Invite people by email, so only they can get in
  • See who added what, and remove anything at any time

Everything else you need to deliver

  • Clients open your links in any browser, with no account or app
  • Choose how long a link works, and add a password or a download limit
  • Write a note on a link, like instructions or an invoice number
  • End-to-end encrypted, so not even VeilShare can see your files
  • Files stay until you delete them, and any link can be turned off
  • Upload whole folders, up to 5,000 files at a time

Questions before you start

Can't find your answer? Contact us.

No. Anyone with the link can open it in their browser and download your files. If you'd rather keep a link to specific people, you can limit it to their email addresses, and they'll need to log in with that email to open it.

On paid plans, there's no daily download limit for you or for anyone you share with.

You see totals: how many times a link was opened and downloaded, when it was last opened, and its views per day. We don't record who opened it or any other sensitive data.

No. Files are encrypted on your device before they're uploaded, and the key only exists in the link. Read how our security works.

Your links keep working. Until you renew, they show the regular VeilShare page instead of yours.
