Put your own brand on your share links

Instead of the regular VeilShare page, people who open your link see your logo and name at the top, your accent color on the buttons and your own background behind it all.

If you add a website or contact email, they show at the top too, so people can visit your site or get in touch straight away.

It looks professional, it builds trust, and it reminds people who sent the files every time they open the link.

Go to My Files and open the Share page tab. There are three short sections to fill in:

• Brand: choose an optional logo and type in your name or company. A website and contact email are optional.
• Look: pick an accent color and a background. Go for a soft tint, a solid color or one of your own backgrounds.
• Page: choose if folders open as a list or a grid, and whether to show search and sorting.

The preview next to it updates as you go, so you see exactly what people will see. Press Save changes when you're happy.

Once it's saved, every new link you create uses your share page automatically. You don't have to do anything else.

Already have links? Press Use on all links to switch them all over at once.

Want the regular page for a single link? Switch off Use my share page in that link's settings.

• Change your share page whenever you like. Your links show the new look straight away.
• Your share page is end-to-end encrypted like your files, and the images come from your own files. Not even VeilShare can see them.
• If your paid plan ends, your links keep working, but they go back to the regular VeilShare page until you renew.
• Want to start over? Press Reset share page. Your links go back to the regular VeilShare page, and your images stay in your files.
